Jade Cruz
Executive Director and Founder
Jade Cruz is a faith-based singer and speaker, sharing worship and wisdom online, at ministry-centered events, and within her local church. As the founder of Adaia, she actively supports in the production of worshipful events as part of her mission to share the gospel with as many people as possible through the power of music.
Currently studying business, Jade shares insights from her studies and hands-on experience to guide young entrepreneurs in stepping out in faith + strategy to establish God-ordained, Kingdom-focused businesses. From starting out in a business that supported all the wrong things to finding success in aligning her steps with God's will, she hopes that her testimony will inspire others who are ready to switch gears and give all of the glory to God through their works.
After returning to her walk with Christ in 2024, her work with children became a central focus. Serving for several years as a music facilitator with her husband’s nonprofit, iMagi Nation Inc., which fosters creative and wellness-focused education for children with exceptional abilities, including those with autism, Jade continued to build her skills in childhood development.
She became a certified Registered Behavior Technician, allowing her to reach more children and serve as a light in the field of applied behavioral analysis, and continues to work with children of all abilities in their holistic development through music.
Jade also supports the children’s choir at her alma mater, teaching singing techniques, stage presence skills, and nurturing their confidence. Through her platform, she remains dedicated to investing in the programs and children she has worked with, striving to inspire and create lasting impact.
